Pay nothing unless you are 100% satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the course simply return your course materials to the instructor at the conclusion of the course and you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule. A complete refund will be made available if a cancellation notice is received at least three weeks before the date of your workshop. Workshop fees for cancellations received less than three weeks before the date of your workshop will not be refunded but can be put towards a future PeoplePMSM Certification Workshop. Confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled workshop and do not provide notice of cancellation as outlined above are liable for the entire workshop fee. Intellilink Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any of the workshops and in such cases any payments made will be fully refunded.
